By ordering from impreso.nyc, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown on each product page before checkout. Shipping is added at checkout, as listed in our Shipping Policy. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error, and if we do, we refund you in full. Print orders have an $85 minimum, as listed in our FAQ.

Made-to-order items

Many items are made after you order. Small variations in color, texture and finish are a natural part of 3D printing and handmade work, not defects.

Your files and rights

When you send us files to print, you confirm you own them or have permission to reproduce them. We may decline any order that infringes someone else's rights. You keep all rights to your artwork.

Our designs

IMPRESO's product designs, photos and site content belong to IMPRESO. Please don't copy or resell them without written permission.

Returns

Returns and refunds follow our Returns & Refunds policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
