Shipping Policy

We ship ready-made items anywhere in the U.S. at a flat rate per order. Studio pickup in Ridgewood is always free.

Rates (U.S.)

Lamps: $15 flat. Objects, ashtrays and holders: $15 flat. Magnets: $10 flat. Studio pickup in Ridgewood, Queens: free.

Fine art prints and custom 3D work are quoted per project. We confirm the shipping cost with you before production.

Production and delivery times

Lamps, objects and magnets are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production. Orders ship with USPS Ground Advantage, which usually arrives 2-5 business days after shipping. Every order gets a tracking number by email once it ships.

Studio pickup

Choose Pickup at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready. Pickup is by appointment at 16-42 Weirfield St #173, Ridgewood, NY 11385, Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm.

International orders

We ship internationally on request. Contact us at info@impreso.nyc with your address and we'll send a quote before you pay. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for 7 days, email info@impreso.nyc within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace the item or refund you in full.
