Returns & Refunds

Ready-made items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused. Custom prints and custom projects are exchange-only.

Ready-made items (lamps, magnets, objects)

You can return ready-made items within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. To start a return, email info@impreso.nyc with your order number and we'll reply with the return address. The buyer pays return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refunded. We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Custom prints and custom work

Fine art prints, reproductions, limited editions and custom 3D projects are made to your file and specs, so we don't offer refunds on them. If there's a problem with print quality or color accuracy, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll reprint or exchange it at no cost.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email info@impreso.nyc within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Non-returnable items

Custom or personalized orders, items marked final sale, and gift cards can't be returned.
